Delivery time of your order
We do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days on the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this, then your order will be shipped the next working day.
You can assume that your order, after being shipped, will be delivered to you by PostNL within 1 to 2 working days (Within the Netherlands).
In principle, all our products that you can order are in stock, if your order cannot be shipped on time (if there is a deviation in the stock), we will inform you in writing as soon as possible at the e-mail address you have provided. If we have not received a response from you within 24 hours, we will try to contact you by telephone at the telephone number you have provided.
There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices stated in our webshop are always exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium;
€4,99 for orders that fit through the letterbox (only within the Netherlands)
€7,60 for orders under €100,- (only within the Netherlands)
€11,20 for orders under €100,- (only within Belgium)
Shipping costs are free for orders from € 100 within the Netherlands and € 150 for Belgium.
Delivery takes place within the Netherlands via the postman or parcel delivery of PostNL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
All orders are provided with Track & Trace, you will receive a link at the e-mail address you provided.
In the unlikely event that an order has not been delivered within 48 hours after receiving the Track & Trace link, please contact us via our contact form or by e-mail at info@glittersstore.com. We will then contact PostNL for you to find out what the possible delay is.
Delivery time & Shipping costs within the European Union;
Shipping costs to other countries within the EU are, if we ship to these countries, to be calculated during the shopping cart and are different per country depending on the weight of your order.
