WHY NON-HOTFIX STONES?
If you don't use standard prints or templates and have unique designs.
It is much faster to attach the rhinestones by hand and use glue where you need it.
To apply the non hotfix rhinestones, use a wax pencil and some glue.
Hot fix rhinestones are great for larger designs and mass production.
THE ADVANTAGES OF USING NON-NOTFIX STONES!
- No use of heat on your expensive fabrics
- Hotfix glue defects are a thing of the past
- You can use transparent glue
HOW DO YOU APPLY NON-HOTFIX STONES?
These stones are non-hotfix! This means that they have no glue on the bottom of the rhinestones.
Non-hotfix rhinestones can only be glued, glue can be found at the bottom of this page.
How much glue you need depends on the number and size of the stones and the substrate.
Keep in mind that you need about 20 ml per 10 gros of stones.
WHAT GLUE DO I USE FOR APPLYING THE STRASS STONES?
The glue we use and sell is B-7000 from Bu Lai En.
Because the tube has a special point, you can use the right amount of glue for every stone size.
Sometimes a few strands of glue remain after application, do not wipe it out but let it set (it dries quickly).
Glue strands can easily be removed when the glue has dried, simply use a self-adhesive fabric roller or a skewer for this.
Due to the special tip, the tube is also easy to clean and therefore leaves no color stains or glue residues
